- Each kit covers approximately 125 square feet, enough to make a full-size pickup truck bed.
- Compatible with Raptor Schutz and Professional Vari-Nozzle application guns.
- Use for automotive, construction, marine, recreational, industrial, agricultural and commercial applications.

As long as the light RAPTOR application is sprayed to full coverage, then the dark shade of the epoxy primer will not be a problem. You may see slight discoloration after the first coat of RAPTOR, but this will disappear after the second coat is applied.
This also applies to the White RAPTOR.
For best results, use a coarse-textured foam roller (such as that used for heavy textured coatings), but other types of rollers can be used depending on the desired final texture.
Depending on the structure desired, once reduced, RAPTOR can generally be applied with a set of nozzles from approximately 1.4 to 2.0. Once it's down to 20% (or a bit more) it can be sprayed through a smaller set of nozzles (1.2 - 1.3) but the film layer will be quite thin and may not have the same peel resistance as mine. when applied with a larger set of nozzles. It really all depends on the look, finish and texture you want to achieve.
A 6 HP compressor that generates 150 PSI line pressure should provide sufficient air supply, but depends on the applicator/gun (Shulz type or gravity HVLP) used to apply the RAPTOR.
45-60 PSI is usually recommended. A higher or lower PSI can also be used, but it is recommended to spray a test panel first to make sure the texture is what you are looking for.
One set of 4 RAPTOR bottles covers approx. 85 square feet on our recommended 18 mil film construction (21 square feet / bottle).
